The UK-based manufacturer was honored for its AeroLED2 UV curing system, in the category of "Innovations in Sustainability."
Pennsylvania-based Imageworx will adopt ECO3’s software, equipment, and consumables, and will serve as a demonstration facility.
Product lines heralded were: nyloflex eco series plates by XSYS and the AeroLED2 UV Curing System by GEW.
He brings to the company more than 35 years of technical expertise, having previously worked for Mark Andy, Anderson & Vreeland, and Fujifilm.
He commences his role with immediate effect and will represent the company at Labelexpo Mexico in Guadalajara, alongside the GEW team.
The press is configured with eight printing units, a Pantec embellishment unit, GEW drying technology, and more.
The primary objective of the program is to significantly reduce energy consumption and costs at the plant, while reducing Meyers’ Scope One, Two and Three emissions.
