GEW has invested significant resources in optimizing the next wave of curing systems for label and package printing. Most recently, GEW unveiled OxyGuard and DoseGuard. OxyGuard is an oxygen control system, which uses state-of-the-art technology to rapidly achieve and maintain the optimal curing atmosphere for low odor, low migration production, siliconization and other high performance curing applications. Meanwhile, DoseGuard continuously measures the UV light that reaches the substrate, across the entire width of the system, and will issue a warning if the level of UV output delivered to the substrate changes during production, for any reason.

GEW is also touting its air-cooled AeroLED2 UV LED curing system, alongside its high power, water-cooled LeoLED2 system.
