Jemmco has released the JemmSil RS200 High Release Rubber Roller Covering, which provides an alternative to high release hard coats and release tapes. This long-lasting high release sleeve offers quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the JemmSil RS200 High Release Sleeves are easy to install in-plant, using compressed air.

This proprietary silicone sleeve composite is a blend that creates excellent release properties and a temperature resistance up to 400º F. At .090” wall thickness, the JemmSil RS200 is a thicker release covering than most tapes or spray coats, offering longevity of up to two years or more for some laminating and coating applications.

The JemmSil RS200 is a sleeve that is easily installed by by fitting over an existing idler roll. This technology eliminates costly two-way shipping, the need for spare rollers and the time consuming process of wrapping rollers in tape. When a sleeve is ready to be replaced, it can simply slide off to apply a new sleeve without any excessive downtime. This sleeve is suitable for applications requiring high temperature, non-stick properties and is often used in place of the more expensive bonded rubber coverings and release hard coatings.
