At Label Congress, Delta ModTech is showcasing its range of finishing machines, including the Crusader converting systems.

“The flexibility of these machines allows our customers to convert various products from label finishing to PPE to advanced medical and pharmaceutical products,” says David Grenwis, Delta ModTech’s marketing manager. “In addition, our EDGE laser die cutting modules are a common tool used to give our customers additional flexibility, quick changeover and less reliance on die tooling.”

Delta ModTech, Grenwis explains, is constantly improving its modules and software to meet customers stringent, evolving requirements. He says, “In addition to hardware and software enhancements, we have put significant investments into our support and manufacturing efforts. We’ve moved in our new cutting edge headquarters that allows for efficient design and build of new machines. Our support staff is equipped with various tools that allow us to provide immediate support to customers worldwide. Using various virtual tools like Microsoft Hololens, we’re able to provide same day support for process questions, training, troubleshooting and machine upgrades.”

Delta ModTech was quite active during the pandemic, and business was not deterred by shutdowns. Grenwis says, “During the pandemic we moved our entire headquarters into a new cutting edge facility, opened a showroom in Sweden, delivered dozens of machines and helped many of our customers changeover their equipment to manufacturing PPE. Things never slowed down for us, we were busier than ever in many ways.”

He concludes, “We will continue to innovate and provide flexible solutions for converted products.
