Apex International is exhibiting its newest anilox roll and sleeve solutions, engineered for top performance in label, package, and print applications.

At the company’s booth, attendees are invited to discover Apex’s patented GTT 2.0 open channel anilox engravings and optimized UltraCell conventional engravings. GTT 2.0 open slalom channel engraving is a proprietary anilox solution known to mitigate liquid turbulence and increase quality and performance at top press speeds.

After extensive research and development, the enhanced GTT design is proven to reduce ink spitting, mottling, pinholing, plugging and dot gain. Apex UltraCell engravings are engineered ultra shallow for greater ink release and easy cleaning. UltraCell engravings to be featured include Hex 60°, 75°, longcell, trihelical, channelox, and 45° quad.

Utilizing multi-phase laser engraving technology, Apex anilox solutions are manufactured to the tightest OEM tolerances for the highest quality print, the company says. Labelexpo visitors have gotten the opportunity to see the structure, shape and quality of Apex engravings through the eyes of the Veritas inspection system during live inspections.
