Lizi’s Granola, by UK cereal manufacturer Life Health Foods, has received an award-winning upgrade to its appearance from international sustainable flexible packaging manufacturer Korozo Group.

This sees the brand’s products on the market in stand-up pouches that are reverse printed in 10 colors using Korozo’s high-end flexographic printing presses, then finished with a matte lacquer. A UV-resistant gold ink adds to the luxurious appearance of the packs, with a special mirror silver ink enhancing the metallic elements of the pouch’s design while preserving recyclability. Laser scribing and an integrated zipper enhance the consumer experience when opening and reclosing the pack.

Claiming a Gold Award at the recent 2024 Crescents and Stars for Packaging Awards, the pack’s structure features Korozo’s proprietary KoroRCY film laminated to a white PE, creating a fully recyclable mono-material stand-up pouch that is in sync with Lizi’s own stated commitment to sustainable practices and choices.
