Flexcon has announced significant leadership changes designed to position the company for long-term success, renewed customer focus, and growth in a rapidly evolving global market. 

Nick Tucci has been appointed chief executive officer of Flexcon. Tucci brings more than 25 years of experience in the pressure sensitive label and roll-to-roll manufacturing industries. Plus, he has previously led major business units at Avery Dennison and served as CFO and Advisory Board member for 44 Maple Group, Flexcon’s parent company.

As part of this transition, Aimee Peacock, CEO, Nick Lupoli, COO, and Matt Gardner, CFO, have departed from Flexcon.

Tucci’s proven track record in driving execution, building high-performing teams, and delivering customer-focused innovation makes him qualified to lead Flexcon through its next chapter.
