The new offering is designed to automate supplier delivery registration, bill of lading (BOL) processing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.

HiFlow Solutions, a developer of ERP/MIS software for the packaging and label manufacturing industry, has announced the launch of its AI-powered Logistics Management suite. The new offering is designed to automate supplier delivery registration, bill of lading (BOL) processing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.
This innovation marks another milestone in HiFlow’s mission to embed artificial intelligence throughout packaging and print operations — connecting purchasing, logistics, production, and finance in one intelligent system.
“Logistics remains one of the most complex and time-intensive areas in packaging operations,” says Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO, HiFlow Solutions. “By extending AI automation across the entire Procure-to-Pay workflow—from purchase order processing and supplier deliveries to BOL validation and payment authorization—we eliminate repetitive data handling and give manufacturers instant accuracy and full traceability. It’s about helping our customers move products, not paperwork.”
HiFlow’s new AI-driven BOL module automatically processes scanned, signed bills of lading, regardless of their layout or structure. The system intelligently separates large document batches into individual BOLs, identifies key data fields such as BOL numbers, and attaches each file to the corresponding shipping record in HiFlow’s ERP system. Each BOL is then linked to its related purchase order, ensuring end-to-end traceability across the Procure-to-Pay cycle—from order creation and goods receipt to final payment.
This automation enables faster, more accurate logistics documentation while virtually eliminating manual effort and the risk of human error.
“Speed is the number one achievement of AI technology,” comments Alfonso Hernandez, VP of sales, HiFlow Solutions. “It transforms what was once a multi-hour manual process into seconds. AI can drive significant real-world impacts for packaging manufacturers and label converters—improving accuracy, accelerating logistics, and strengthening supplier collaboration.”
The new Supplier Delivery Processing module uses AI to automate the registration of incoming goods into HiFlow’s Inventory module. Instead of requiring staff to record each delivery manually, the system reads, validates, and imports shipping data—such as manifests or advanced shipping notices (ASNs)—directly from email attachments. This AI-driven approach eliminates the need for costly one-to-one EDI integrations while ensuring near real-time visibility into inbound logistics.
By accelerating delivery registration, reducing administrative work, and minimizing data-entry errors, manufacturers achieve faster material availability, greater accuracy, and improved production readiness. The module also offers flexibility by working seamlessly with any supplier capable of sending email-based shipping documents, removing barriers to digital collaboration.
HiFlow extends AI automation into the Procure-to-Pay and logistics process. The company is connecting purchase order validation, supplier delivery registration, BOL confirmation, and invoice matching in one intelligent workflow. The speed of AI powers the process. With the addition of AI in HiFlow’s accounts payable modules, the result is a closed-loop digital ecosystem that enhances visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across every supplier transaction.
Together, these innovations reinforce HiFlow’s position in AI-enabled ERP/MIS for packaging and label manufacturing. By embedding AI into logistics and Procure-to-Pay management, HiFlow enables manufacturers to move closer to a Smart Factory model. Here, every purchase order, shipment, and payment is processed automatically and accurately.
“Our goal is to help customers operate faster, leaner, and smarter,” adds Sosnowski. “This is not the future of packaging—it’s happening now.”
