The acquisition strengthens Inovar’s presence in the Midwest and expands its capabilities in durable and industrial labeling applications.

Founded in 1989 by Chris and Carol Fread, EMP specializes in pressure sensitive and non-adhesive labels for a diverse range of markets, including industrial and container, including drums, pails, and IBCs, food and beverage, and consumer durable goods. The company is recognized for its high-quality durable and custom labels, including flexographic labels, barcodes, and thermal transfer products that serve blue-chip customers across the region.
