CCL Industries Inc., has signed a binding option agreement to acquire Sleever International Company SAS. With headquarters near Paris and 11 manufacturing sites across Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, China and Brazil, Sleever generated approximately $213 million in 2025 sales with an estimated 11.1% adjusted EBITDA margin. The transaction is expected to close by mid-2026 following required procedures.

Plus, Yazoo Mills, the largest independent manufacturer of paper tubes and cores in North America, has completed construction of its new 107,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Hanover, PA, USA.
