Temera, a European technology company specializing in traceability and digitalization solutions for the fashion and luxury sector, has announced the acquisition of Vox Elements, a US-based specialist provider of IoT solutions, including RFID, NFC and BLE.

The acquisition represents Temera’s broader international growth strategy, with the goal of strengthening its operational presence and capabilities in the United States. This move will allow the company to establish and leverage a North American operational base, to effectively support global clients and projects across the territory.

Temera and Vox Elements are already the trusted traceability, serialization and IoT partners to many internationally recognized brands. With an ecosystem of global clients and operations, Temera will now be able to work more closely with international brands already present in the US. This will facilitate interaction with their local teams, improve project effectiveness, and create new opportunities for business development and the consolidation of commercial relationships.
