A B Graphic International (ABG) will make its debut appearance at interpack 2026, in Düsseldorf on May 7-13. ABG will present the full scope of its Flex Pack offering for the first time as part of a joint exhibition with strategic partner Galaxy Packtech.

The exhibition marks both ABG’s inaugural participation at interpack and the first time all three pillars of its Flex Pack strategy – pouch converting, lamination and digital embellishment – will be demonstrated together in a live production setting. ABG will build on its established reputation in label and packaging finishing. Meanwhile, ABG has further expanded into flexible packaging through its partnership with Galaxy. The company’s goal is to support converters looking to diversify production and meet the rising demand for short runs, product variation, and operational efficiency.

Live demonstrations will center on the Galaxy GS-24 Plus 200 pouch-making system, which can produce stand-up, three-side-seal, quad-seal, gusseted and shaped pouches. Designed for modern flexible packaging production, the system features digital precision control of pulling, sealing, and cutting parameters, recipe-based job storage for faster make-ready times, and live production data feedback accessible via smartphone or tablet, enabling improved consistency while minimizing waste.

ThermoLam

interpack will also showcase ABG’s new ThermoLam. This product is a compact, modular thermal laminator designed for applications, including snacks, pet food, cosmetics, wet wipes, and tea and coffee packaging. By combining pre-heating, cooling, corona treatment, and slitting processes on a single platform, the laminator achieves speeds of up to 120 m/m, with a smaller footprint and front-loading roll access, improving operator efficiency and optimizing factory space.

Completing the Flex Pack offering is PouchJet, ABG’s digital inkjet printing solution designed for direct integration with the Galaxy pouch-making platform, enabling inline embellishment. The system allows high-quality digital embellishment and late-stage customization. This supports converters seeking greater flexibility without sacrificing productivity. The height of embellishment is adjustable from 10 to 250 microns, as well.

Matt Burton, global sales director at ABG, states, “interpack represents an important milestone for ABG as we present the full Flex Pack capability for the first time. Our partnership with Galaxy allows us to bring together pouch making, lamination, and digital embellishment within a connected production workflow, giving customers a practical route into flexible packaging with technology designed for efficiency, flexibility, and future growth.”

Flex Pack Centre

Additionally, ABG will soon open its new Flex Pack Centre of Excellence in Girona, Spain. There, customers can experience the full workflow through live demonstrations of pouch converting, lamination, and digital embellishment technologies. Visitors will also have the chance to test materials and explore applications with ABG specialists in the coming months.

At interpack, Flex Pack specialists Vicky Roberts and Mike Shannon will be available throughout the exhibition to discuss applications and production requirements with visitors.
