Appvion appoints Linnea Keen strategic sales director

Keen brings more than 25 years of experience in the labels and specialty papers industry, most recently serving as TLMI president and CEO.

Appvion has announced that Linnea Keen has joined the company as strategic sales director, officially starting on November 3. Keen brings more than 25 years of experience in the pressure sensitive labels and specialty papers industry, with a track record of driving growth and building strong customer partnerships.

“I’m thrilled to join Appvion and be part of such an innovative, forward-thinking organization,” says Keen. “My priority is to deepen partnerships and deliver solutions that meet our customers’ evolving needs. By aligning strategic initiatives with customer goals, I aim to drive growth and create lasting value. Keen’s career includes leadership roles such as president and CEO of TLMI, where she transformed the organization over the past five years, and previous positions as VP of sales North America and director of strategic sales at UPM Raflatac. Her expertise spans sales strategy, team development, and fostering strong relationships across the supply chain.
