Arrow Systems, Inc. has has officially opened its Experience Center in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, inviting brands, converters, and creative professionals to explore its digital label and packaging technology.

The company says walking into the new space feels like stepping into the future of label printing, boasting that every piece of technology is designed to empower converters and brands to push boundaries, improve productivity, and achieve unmatched color accuracy and consistency.

“We wanted to create a space where technology meets creativity,” says Shaan Patel, director of Arrow Systems, Inc. “Our goal was to give customers an environment where they can see real-world applications, test materials, and truly understand the challenges and how our digital printing solution can transform their business.”

Across the industry, converters are struggling with shorter production runs, higher material costs, and rising customer expectations. Brands are demanding faster prototyping, sustainable materials, and vibrant, durable prints, all while keeping costs in check. Traditional printing workflows often mean switching between multiple machines, dealing with long setup times, and managing unpredictable color results.

“We’ve seen how converters are pushed to deliver more variety in less time,” adds Patel,“Our water-based pigment ink systems help them stay ahead with Swiss-compliant formulations, vibrant output, and color consistency that holds true run after run. ”

At the heart of this Experience Center is Arrow’s water-based pigment ink technology, engineered for both performance and responsibility. These Swiss-compliant inks offer vibrant, durable output with precise color consistency with a combination that’s increasingly important for industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. With print resolutions up to 1600 x 1600 dpi, “every label and package produced here reflects Arrow’s commitment to uncompromising quality,” the company says.

Range of solutions

Visitors can explore the entire range of ArrowJet solutions  from narrow web to wide web systems up to 25 inches. The Canada Experience Center is designed to support every stage of production  from prototyping to mid-run jobs, seasonal labels to variable data printing, and security features to compliance packaging. With its modular workflow, Arrow Systems helps converters expand capabilities without adding complexity.

“Brands today don’t just need printers; they need partners who understand their pressures,” concludes Patel. “Whether it’s a food brand needing compliance-ready inks, or a cosmetic company requiring color accuracy across SKUs, our systems deliver both speed and quality. Our mission has always been to help brands produce better, faster, and more responsibly. We’ve engineered these systems for industries that can’t afford inconsistency from food and pharma to cosmetics and nutraceuticals. Every solution we offer is built for long-term reliability and sustainability.”
