Having worked with Fujifilm for close to five years, Edale has announced that Fujifilm has chosen to distribute Edale’s range of flexographic label and packaging printing presses across North and South America, complementing its labela and packaging product portfolio.

Joining forces with Fujifilm means that Edale will be able to expand its offering to include Fujifilm’s range of inks, plates, LED curing and imprinting technologies as part of a total package.

As part of this new arrangement, an Edale FL3, 17” six-color flexo press equipped with AiiR (Autonomous Register setup and motorised inking and impression pressure adjustment), automated finishing, Fujifilm FLENEX water wash flexo plates, Fujifilm Illumina LED curing lamps with LED UV inks, and Fujifilm DIMATIX Samba imprinting will be installed at Fujifilm’s US demonstration center near Chicago. The Edale press technology will also be showcased on the Fujifilm booth at this year’s Labelexpo Americas in Chicago, IL.
