The FINAT European Label Forum (ELF) 2026 will bring together label converters, suppliers, and industry experts from across Europe when the event takes place May 27–29 in Seville, Spain.

Organized by FINAT, the European association for the label industry, the annual forum is designed specifically for owners and senior managers of label printing companies, providing a platform for strategic discussion, peer networking, and industry insight.

The 2026 program will address several key themes shaping the label sector, including market dynamics, sustainability-driven innovation, leadership development, and emerging technologies such as AI in label production.

According to FINAT, the event will place a strong emphasis on interaction and collaboration, with panel discussions, workshops, and “dialogue on stage” sessions intended to encourage open exchange among industry leaders.

Dana Kilarska, Vice President of FINAT and CEO of label printing company Purgina, says the forum plays an important role in helping label companies navigate industry change.

“In challenging times, the European Label Forum helps provide clarity on how the market is evolving,” Kilarska says. “It allows us to exchange ideas with peers, gain perspective from industry leaders, and better understand how emerging technologies can improve efficiency and decision-making.”

Kilarska adds, “As a second-generation label printer from the CEE region, attending the FINAT European Label Forum is personally important to me. It’s an opportunity to learn from industry leaders, exchange ideas with peers, and bring fresh inspiration back to our family business to strengthen our company‘s long-term growth. Attending the FINAT European Label Forum represents an important step in the generation or leadership change within companies. This platform delivers learning from experienced industry leaders and builds confidence to guide companies into their next chapter.“

The FINAT European Label Forum is one of the label industry’s key networking events in Europe, offering a more focused environment than large trade shows for discussion of business strategy and market developments.

Founded in 1958, FINAT represents more than 600 companies across 50 countries involved in the label value chain. The European label printing sector employs roughly 100,000 people and generates an estimated €16 billion in annual turnover.
