Flexcon has announced the appointment of Morgan Ebin as chief operations officer (COO). This strategic addition to Flexcon’s executive team reinforces the company’s commitment to operational excellence, customer-centric growth, and long-term success. 

Ebin brings more than 25 years of operational leadership experience, most recently serving as COO at 44 Maple Group, Flexcon’s parent company. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Arlon, including Chief Manufacturing Officer, where he developed deep expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, environmental health and safety, quality, engineering, and maintenance. His proven track record in optimizing operations and driving efficiency makes him qualified to strengthen Flexcon’s operational capabilities and align them with the company’s growth objectives.
