At Labelexpo, Flexo Wash has introduced the new FW 850 laser anilox cleaner. The FW 850 series clean up to two narrow web rolls in one cycle and can be installed without water supply, drain, or safety equipment. It can handle aniloxes up to 7″ in diameter, 27.6″ length and weighing 110lbs. 

Flexo Wash will have a washroom setup and live demonstrations available in Booth 511, ready to help customers answer all their “pressing” issues about cleaning.

Much has changed since the last Labelexpo, and Flexo Wash is focusing this on how the company can help their customers with labor challenges, scheduling delays, employee safety issues and other ways to automate manual but necessary tasks.  All Flexo Wash representatives are available continuously throughout the exhibition. 

Flexo Wash products will extend the life of anilox rolls and sleeves, gravure cylinders, flexo plates, flexo plate sleeves, press parts and rotary screens, while decreasing the make-ready down time between job runs. Customer satisfaction is a primary priority.
