ID Label, an Illinois-based manufacturer of custom barcode labels, warehouse signs, and installation services, has announced the hiring of Rich Seneker as its new director of operations.

Seneker brings more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, most recently serving in a leadership role at PurposeBuilt Brands. With a degree in operations and supply chain management, he has spent his career implementing lean practices and data-driven problem-solving techniques to enhance profitability and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

In his new role, Seneker will oversee all aspects of daily business operations at ID Label. His responsibilities include analyzing operational performance and reporting key insights, developing and refining standard operating procedures and KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies across production, shipping, and receiving. He will also lead and develop the company’s operations teams, providing guidance and support to ensure accountability and operational excellence.

Seneker’s appointment marks the third in a series of strategic leadership hires following ID Label’s acquisition by River Associates late last year. The company recently expanded its national installation services division with two new managers and named a new director of sales to support growing customer demand and market expansion.
