Laura Clark joins Flexcon as chief commercial officer

Flexcon has announced that Laura Clark has joined the organization as chief commercial officer (CCO). In this role, Clark will lead the company’s global Commercial and Innovation & Technology organizations, unifying these functions to further strengthen the company’s customer-focused commercial strategy. 

Clark brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in building high-performing global teams and driving innovation grounded in customer needs. Her expertise spans marketing, R&D, sustainability, and product leadership. Her senior roles include Sealed Air Corporation, where she shaped global product strategies and championed customer-driven innovation across diverse markets. 

“Laura is a dynamic leader with a rare combination of technical depth, commercial acumen, and global perspective,” states Nick Tucci, CEO, Flexcon Company. “Her experience driving innovation and building customer-centric strategies will be instrumental as we accelerate our growth and continue delivering exceptional value to our partners worldwide. Throughout her career, Clark has been recognized for her ability to bring together commercial and technical teams. She has often created solutions that anticipate customer needs and accelerate growth. She holds degrees from Michigan State University and Averett University. Plus, she has earned multiple industry honors for sustainability and product innovation.
