Mark Andy has announced its 2026 schedule of Mark Andy University training classes. The educational events will take place at the company’s headquarters in Chesterfield, MO, USA. The program includes three specialized course tracks designed to help converters strengthen their teams, protect their equipment investment, and improve overall pressroom productivity.

Mark Andy University offers hands-on, instructor-led training developed by the same experts who design, build, and support Mark Andy presses. Courses are structured to deliver practical skills that translate directly to improved productivity, reduced downtime, and greater confidence on press.

The 2026 program

Flexo Press Operator Training
Designed for entry-level operators, career changers, and experienced press operators transitioning to Performance Series or Evolution Series servo-driven platforms, this course builds a strong foundation in flexographic printing. Attendees leave fully certified with a clear understanding of flexo fundamentals and the confidence to run jobs independently and consistently.

Flexo Press Maintenance Training
Built for maintenance teams and smaller operations where operators also handle upkeep, this course focuses on proactive press maintenance. Participants learn how to follow Mark Andy’s recommended maintenance schedules, identify early warning signs, and perform routine inspections that help prevent costly breakdowns and unplanned downtime.

Digital Hybrid Operator and Maintenance Training
Mark Andy developed this course specifically for Digital Series HD press owners and those considering a digital hybrid investment. This course addresses the unique demands of inkjet technology. With a strong emphasis on daily maintenance, nozzle health, and print quality control, the training helps teams maximize productivity while protecting their digital investment.

Benefits of training

“Training is one of the most effective ways converters can protect uptime, improve efficiency, and get more value from their equipment,” states Steve Luedke, Mark Andy’s VP of Advanced Customer Support. “Mark Andy University gives teams the confidence and skills they need to perform at a higher level every day.”

Classes are offered at Mark Andy facilities and include hands-on instruction using real production equipment. The classes feature limited space to ensure an effective learning experience.
