NextGen Label Group has announced the purchase of a new Heidelberg Gallus One with extended capabilities. This next generation press seamlessly blends the best of flexographic and digital printing technologies, enabling maximized production capabilities with an optimized workflow, fast print times, robust automation, impeccable quality and more.

The 17” wide, 15-color hybrid press is the first-of-its-kind in North America. It is perfectly suited to print a variety of labels using flexographic and digital print technologies. It also provides the ability to add cold foil, spot varnish, tactile laminations and more to help create shelf impact and strengthen a brand’s identity.
