Oldham Group, based in Springfield, IL, USA, has announced the retirement of longtime industry veteran Gary Barto after more than 50 years in the graphic arts industry.

Barto spent the past seven years supporting Oldham Group’s Dallas operations, where he became a key member of the company’s team serving flexographic printing customers in the region. Known for his technical expertise and decades of industry knowledge, Barto played an important role in helping customers optimize their flexo printing operations.

“Gary has been a cornerstone of our Dallas team,” the company said in announcing his retirement. “While we will certainly miss his expertise, we are grateful for the legacy he leaves behind and wish him the very best in retirement.”

Oldham Group also announced that Louis Rodriguez will take over support for the company’s Dallas-area flexographic customers. Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of hands-on technical experience in the flexo market and will work closely with regional clients to maintain the company’s high standard of service.

The company says Rodriguez is well-positioned to continue supporting converters across the Dallas region as Oldham Group continues its commitment to the flexographic printing industry.
