Resource Label Group has announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Rose Lee as Executive Chair of the Board and CEO. Meanwhile, Erik Duloisy has been named the COO and Bob Gold has been appointed to CFO. All moves are effective immediately.

These appointments reflect the company’s continued commitment to strengthening operations and advancing its long-term growth plan. Resource Label Group has grown steadily through targeted acquisitions and built a solid platform for the next stage of development. The new leadership will focus on creating operational discipline, advancing the company’s strategic priorities and deepening its commitment to customers.

About the team

Lee is an experienced executive with a track record of growing global businesses. She most recently served as president and CEO of Cornerstone Building Brands, a leading manufacturer of exterior building products. Lee has held senior roles at several major companies and serves on multiple corporate boards.

Plus, Duloisy brings with him a wealth of experience focused on building consistency in manufacturing processes and establishing a systems mindset to running operations. His previous experience with large to medium sized companies shows a proven track record in driving performance through streamlining operations and common metrics.

Bob Gold has been appointed interim CFO. He is an experienced financial leader with a strong background guiding companies through periods of operational and organizational change.
