Bieffebi’s patented Traffic Light Software confirms to the operators that the flexo plates are mounted correctly and in perfect register, regardless the operator discretion. Due to this software, operators will be able to take reports and store job coordinates for future print jobs.

This technology can be found in both the Unica 324 semi-automatic mounter and the Automa 374 fully automatic mounter with a robotic table. The Automa 374 for narrow web standardizes the mounting process and avoids any operator error in mounting.
